Your website is the hub of your online presence

by | Feb 17, 2011 | Marketing & Selling, Video

In this video, I explain how important a website is to your business and share with you the six questions your website must answer in order to be effective.

The six questions are covered in an appendix of my book, Home Sweet Home Page, and are explained even further in my audio program, The Six Questions You Need to Answer with Your Website. The later is also available in shorter form as a CD. But, basically, the six questions your website must answer are:

  • Do I trust you?
  • Do I believe you?
  • Do you understand my needs?
  • What’s in it for me?
  • What do you want from me?
  • Is it worth it?

When your website answers these questions to the visitor’s satisfaction, he or she is much more likely to take the action you are requesting, from giving you their email address to buying a product.

Would you like to get your questions about online presence answered in a future video tip?
