Many women feel overwhelmed because they are juggling multiple roles: mom, employee, employer, wife, friend, daughter, sister, etc. This overwhelm is exacerbated by the fact that women often don’t give themselves priority, they don’t give their “me time” enough of a priority to allow themselves to decompress.
