On Sunday, I mentioned in my final Vita-K Challenge post that I’d attracted other opportunities to improve my ability to own my awesome in all facets of my life. As of today, I’ve been experiencing a bit of a challenge in my health. The last couple of months have been extra stressful and I’m experiencing a resurgence of my acid reflux. In fact, the pain kept me up most of the night on Wednesday. Because of this, I’m not feeling all that energetic. Let’s see if STAMBA can help me as I get this under control with a bland diet free of some of my favorite foods (no chocolate, fried foods, tomato sauces and drastically reduced dairy products).
