Yesterday, Day 20 of the 31-Day Celebrate You! Challenge, I celebrated connection to nature.

Every morning, I sit at my kitchen table and do what I call my “Gratitude Work.” It includes a series of exercises that help me nurture a positive mind of abundance and gratitude. Yesterday, while I was working through the exercises I heard a buzzing outside my window. I looked up and there was a hummingbird. It kept going from the nearby tree, to my window, looked in and then buzzed back. It was not attracted by my hummingbird feeder, because that was around the corner. I totally felt like it was checking up on me!

Then, later during my walk, I saw this beautiful moth and just had to take a picture!
