Yesterday, Day 17 of the 31-Day Celebrate You! Challenge, I celebrated listening to my body.

Because I had stayed up so late at the Wine & Table Topics event the night before, I let myself sleep in. Then, after a lovely late morning walk along the beach, I took a nap. So, I spent a good portion of my Sunday asleep!

I also found out I won yet another prize! I’m on a winning streak, I tell ya!
