In this third excerpt of the June 20, 2014, episode of The C.A.P. Podcast, I chat with Jackie Ruka about one of the ways you can be more happy in your life and business.

In this excerpt, we talk about having meaningful goals.

Meaningful goals help us be more happy because they give purpose to our lives. When our goals are meaningful to us, on a deeper, core level, we stay motivated through the roller coaster journey toward achieving them.

Conversely, if you find that your goals don’t have a strong, clear, deep meaning for you, it just might be time to let that goal go and be OK with not reaching it.
