This weekend I had a blast. My boyfriend and I went to Las Vegas to visit with some friends who were in from Utah. The whole weekend I got my geek on! Pictured here, I’m posing with a tank at Centennial Park in Barstow. I was inspired by the movie Tank Girl, which I loved.

Once we got to Vegas, we met with our friends for a German meal — I had jagerschnitzel with spaetzle — and then we walked around Planet Hollywood, eventually getting tickets to see The Mentalist. He was good, but his show seem too short. I was left wanting more.

Saturday, my boyfriend and I went to a vacation ownership presentation and then enjoyed a Cosmopolitan at The Cosmopolitan Casino. Later we spent more time with our friends and then, tuckered out, went back to our hotel to get some sleep.
