What you think about expands. So, when you think about what you are doing right, guess what expands? Yep, you’ll find that you’ll do more thing right!
Several people have commented on how upbeat I’ve been since the accident, that I’m not dwelling on the pain, discomfort and radical inconveniences that being hit by a car has brought into my life.
My response has always been: What would focusing on all the bad stuff do? Would it make it right or better? No. So I focus on the good things. I’m simply happier that way.
Again, what you think about and focus on fills your world. So be choosy about what you dwell on. Will ruminating on what you did wrong and how awful you are get you where you want to go? Of course not! It only makes you grumpy, unhappy and less likely to achieve your goals.
I suggest that you focus on what is going right in your life. In fact, that’s what this 31-Day Celebrate You! Challenge is all about. It challenges you to get into the habit of seeing what you do right each day, which can only have good effects on you life … and your disposition.

Yep, you guessed it, today is more of the same!
- Catch yourself being Awesome at least once today … and celebrate it well.
- Continue to add to your list of what you love about you.
