Your Vision Statement is an internal motivator. It is the reason you created your business and the reason you keep it going.

Your Mission Statement is an external promise. It is the reason your business exists and the reason that it has a tribe of followers. It is your marching orders.

Your Mission Statement is an extension of your Vision Statement. A mission without a vision goes nowhere because it has no direction. A vision with out a mission goes nowhere because it doesn’t know how to express itself in the physical world.

Both are key to creating a business and marketing plan that provide long-term guidance for your business.
