Do you suffer from stage fright? Many speakers once did … in fact one of the speakers I interviewed for my Public Speaking Super Powers book fainted in front of his audience the first time he got up to speak!

Stage fright can be over come … and Walt Grass’s story provides an inspiring “how to.” He’s written about it his book Stand Up & Speak Up and talks about it weekly on his Rock Star Radio Network show.

Last Thursday, I was a guest on his show and we chatted about my “overcoming stage fright” story, as well as my Public Speaking Super Powers project.

It was a lot of fun chatting about what I learned from the 82 speakers I interviewed for the project, asking them what they thought their “super powers” were and how you might develop them as well.
