Bad Clients Video Excerpt 3

When you tolerate bad behavior in your life or business, you block the flow of money. In this third excerpt of the April 4, 2014, episode of The C.A.P. Podcast, I share the second two warning signs of a bad client.

The two warnings signs I discuss in this video, in the podcast and in my free report are:

3. Being too controlling, and
4. Having unrealistic expectations

Don’t let a client dictate how you serve them. This is your business and you have a right to control how you do business. Yes, you should be serving your clients in a way they appreciate, but don’t let them take this courtesy too far.

Also, you are responsible for setting the expectations your clients have of you. Maintain proper boundaries when they start trying to set different, unrealistic expectations.

And, as I’ve said before, when either of these warning signs show up and you aren’t able to resolve them, let the client go. There are plenty of good clients to go around!
