You experience what you believe you are worthy of experiencing.

One of the effects of the 31-Day Celebrate You Challenge is a shift in what you believe you are worthy of experiencing. If you can sustain a focus on what is awesome about you for a full month, then you will start to believe that you are worthy of better things. This belief will make you more open to seeing the opportunities for a better life in existing all around you.

So keep on keeping on. You can do this. We are in the home stretch. Only five more days to go!

Day 27 Exercise

  1. Catch yourself being Awesome at least once today … and celebrate it well.
  2. Continue to add to your list of what you love about you.
