Tip #3 is to ask questions. You ask questions to uncover the needs of your potential customer. You also use questions to close the sale and overcome objections.

L – Leads
A – Appointment
T – Trust and rapport
I – Identify your customer’s needs
S – Share the benefits
C – Close
O – Overcome objections
