“You leave old habits behind by starting out with the thought, ‘I release the need for this in my life’.”
Many (if not all) spiritual and self-development practices mention the importance of releasing negative emotions in breaking through barriers and improving one’s life.
Last year, I went through one of many possible methods for releasing negative emotions and found it very freeing. In this video, I talk about that step in a three-step process I’ve discovered (developed?) that has made a significant difference in my life. I believe that it can help you, as well.
“If we can just let go and trust that things will work out the way they’re supposed to, without trying to control the outcome, then we can begin to enjoy the moment more fully. The joy of the freedom it brings becomes more pleasurable than the experience itself.”
The most import point of this video that I hope you take away is something I hope you feel empowered to Tweet about.
