“A good attitude won’t guarantee victory, but a bad one will guarantee defeat.”
~ Larry Broughton
What This Quote Means to Business:
Larry Broughton said this at least twice during the Rockstar Entrepreneur Conference last week. And it really struck a chord with me.
When you have a good attitude … about your life, about your business or even just about any chore or task that you are required to do … things go more smoothly. People like being around up-beat people. A good attitude, in some sense, greases the wheels of business and success. It can’t guarantee success, but it certainly makes it more likely.
Conversely, having a bad attitude repels all things positive. It pushes away clients. It pushes away opportunities. It can even attract negative outcomes.
So what would you rather have? A more smoothly flowing day, regardless of how successful it may turn out to be? Or a miserable day where everything seems to go wrong? Your attitude determines that outcome.
Now its your turn: What are your thoughts on Larry’s quote? Have you had experiences that either confirm or deny his idea? Do you have tips that you can share to help readers cultivate a more positive attitude? What do you do to release negativity from your life? Share below in a comment!
