Gratitude Is an Important Second Step

A couple days ago, I shared a video in which I talked about release. The next step in creating the life you want is gratitude. In today’s video, I talk about having gratitude for what you have and writing it down in a gratitude journal every day.

I have to agree with Oprah here … I’ve found that my life gets better and better the more I am truly grateful for what I have. What you put your mind to is what you create in your life. Why waste time putting your mind to things you don’t want more of?
