Then, after work, my fiancé and I went to dinner with a friend of his. When I saw the humongous plate of baked ziti, I immediately asked for a take-out box. I placed half of the food in there and, again didn’t overeat.
I sincerely would like to lose 10 lbs for the wedding and since my ability to exercise is curtailed, being very mindful of how much I eat is the key to success.
Yesterday, I celebrated eating in moderation, I celebrated my ability to be disciplined. Something I’ve found very challenging when it comes to food!
So, even though I more than likely went over my daily calorie goal, I didn’t go over in an unmanageable and uncontrolled way. Yay me!
