“We always receive the love we think we deserve.”
~ Cynthia Belmer
Authenticity and vulnerability are closely intertwined, says the guest of this episode of The C.A.P. Podcast. Cynthia Belmer also believes that these two qualities are key to being unstoppable. In this episode, I chat with Cynthia about her new book Meeting Freedom: How I Let Go of Who I Thought I Should Be and Revealed My Authentic, Unstoppable Self and her journey to and philosophy of authenticity.
Cynthia talks about falling in love with your past as a way to heal old wounds and be successful moving forward in life. By accepting and coming to terms with our past, we can be more present and live from our souls, she says. She provides some tips on how to handle the voice of fear and work through especially painful pasts.
