Be a Solver of Problems

Why does someone buy your products or services? Why does someone hire you?

Because you are solving a problem.

  • Grocery stores solve the problem of gathering food.
  • Movie theaters solve the problem of what to do tonight.
  • Restaurants solve the problem of what’s for dinner?

What problem do you solve?

You need to know the answer to that question or you will find it very hard to market your business. Having a business mindset, in part, means to know what problems your business solves.

So take a look at what you have to offer and ask, “What problem does this solve?”

Then you can take that answer and start marketing your business as a solver of those specific problems.
